Our Daily Bread Design Scrap your Heritage Challenge

The third Friday of each month the team at ODBD forum   brings you a scrapbooking challenge to scrap your heritage pictures. Or if you don't have old photos, I encourage you to document your heritage with family stories. Come join us on the forum and share your paper talents and the Love of Christ.
Psalms 51:10 Create in me a clean heart, Oh God, and renew a right spirit in me.

By now, I trust you are comfortable showing the love of Christ on each page your scrap, and every card you create! I continue to encourage you to use prayer with every piece of paper you touch. Angie shared with us in this great tutorial about the step to making a clean and simple card. When you design for a specific purpose, pray for that person. When you are creating for your pure enjoyment, give thanks for the freedom and talent, to do so. Rest in the knowledge the Lord already knows how your work will touch someones heart.
This month, I challenge you to scrap your page with simple lines, keeping the page clean. Even as you create, pray the Lord will cleanse you and set your spirit right! I know you will be blessed.

I have included two pages, but used three different stamp sets from the ODBD collections. Yes, that is me in the tree, the verse stamp can be found here in the Scripture collection 1. The grunge cross is from the Never give up set. The page featuring my grandparents in the Grand Canyon, uses the set Scripture Collection 2. I chose this scripture because as she peers out over the Canyon, Grandma rests in the shadows of the cliffs.

Have fun with your creations, I am looking forward to seeing your artwork.
